In order to accomplish this, we offer high end designer quality dresses available in different sizes and colors, as well as personalized appointments for each girl who walks through our doors.  This shopping experience is unlike any other.  You will receive personalized attention from a dress specialist, as well as style tips and opinions from management and staff in choosing your perfect gown.

We understand this appointment shopping style is unusual and uncommon, especially when shopping in Utah for Prom and Pageant wear!  So we have answered a few commonly asked questions about our appointment based system and what this means for our clients!

 

Why is Ypsilon Appointment Based?

First, why is Ypsilon Appointment based?  Wouldn’t it simply be easier to allow clients to sift through racks of dresses themselves? 

Well, yes. It might be easier on our end for clients to select their own dresses to try on, but it certainly makes the shopping experience a lot harder for you, and a lot less meaningful and enjoyable for us.  Our store has thousands of dresses in stock, ranging extremely wide in price range, style, and color.  With Ypsilon’s appointment based system, we are able to narrow down through each of these mediums, and bring dresses straight to you, in your size, that coincide with the price range you are comfortable with and the style you are looking for.  We do this all while your party is able to sit back and relax, instead of running around the store pulling and zipping up dresses.  Let us do the hard work for you and enjoy a stress-free experience shopping for your event!

 

How do I set up an Appointment?

Setting up an Ypsilon Appointment couldn't be easier! Simply call or text us at (801) 355-5400 any time of day and we will get back to you with available appointment days and times.  Be sure to set up your appointment before visiting to ensure adequate time with a dress specialist! 

 

How long should I plan on being at my Ypsilon Appointment?

While every client is different, it generally takes around one hour for girls to find their perfect dress. Our dress specialists can help narrow down the size, price range, and most importantly, STYLE of dress, so this amount of time is almost always more than adequate to fulfill your needs. However, we are here to help you look and feel absolutely beautiful, and finding the dress that is perfect for your event is more important than finding a dress quickly! We are here for you, and can’t wait to meet you! 

 

When are appointments available?

Appointments are available during store hours!  We are open Monday through Friday from 2pm-7pm, and Saturdays 10am-4pm!  We are closed Sundays. 

 

Who can I bring to the appointments?  Do I need to let Ypsilon know my party size?

Most clients bring at least one or two people for opinions!  Sisters, best friends, and your mom are always great people to have at your appointment because they know you and your style!  Oftentimes girls will have 2-3 dresses near the end of their appointment that they can't choose between, and your party will help a lot in this decision process, so bring people you trust!  At Ypsilon Dresses we have adequate seating available, but if your party size is large, we would appreciate that information to be given to us when you schedule your appointment, so we can seat you at a dressing room station that will best suit your needs!
