Ypsilon Dresses is not your traditional retailer; we do things a bit differently. We are an appointment based Prom and Pageant store, the largest high school dance dress store in Utah, and the leading Sherri Hill retailer on the West Coast. We pride ourselves on providing top quality customer service, experiences, and memories for each and every client that walks through our doors and we are looking for another member to join our team!
About the position:
Our office manager position is fundamental to our success at Ypsilon. In this position, you will assist with booking appointments and answering any questions or inquiries our clients may have. This team member is often our clients first encounter with Ypsilon Dresses so it is crucial to be personable with a customer service attitude. Other responsibilities include site maintenance, supply inventory, and overall client relations. This part-time position is ideal for mothers or others alike who are available mornings/early afternoons on weekdays (M-F) during the regular school year (August-May). We can be flexible with hours and want to accommodate your scheduling needs if possible.
